I quit my job!
Finally i tender my resignation letter last Friday, but still need to work till end of the month.
Eventhough i didn't get a new job in hand, but i believe this is a right decision as i am frustrated to work there any longer.
Actually, many issues to consider when i made the decision. With a baby in the family, i should not resigned before i can get a new job...
